A duty of customs shall be levied on all coffee produced in India and exported from [India][at such rate not exceeding [fifty rupees] [Substituted by Act 40 of 1960, Section 5, for " at such rate not exceeding six rupees per hundred weight" (w.e.f. 1.10.1960).] per quintal as may be fixed by the Central Government by notification in the Official Gazette.]
