This common order will govern all these three petitions.
2.Three civil miscellaneous petitions are filed. One petition is to condone the delay of 722 days in filing application to set aside the abatement caused due to death of sole appellant. The second petition is to set aside the abatement and third petition is to bring on record legal heirs of deceased sole appellant as appellant Nos.2 to 4.
3.Learned counsel for the respondent in these three petitions very fairly submits that he has no serious objection in allowing these petitions.
4.All the three petitions are ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause tile.
5.List the main second appeal on 01.04.2022 for final hearing.
