Section 2(1)(j) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Conversion of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes, in rural areas) Rules, 2007

(j)"Master Plan Area" means the area covered by Master Plan prepared and approved for any urban area in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act. 1959 (Act no. 35 of 1959), Jaipur development Authority Act. 1982 (Act No.25 of 1982);

(jj)[ "Micro and small enterprise" means micro and small enterprise as defined in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (Central Act No. 27 of 2006)) and] [Inserted by Notification No. G.S.R. 51, dated 17.10.2016 (w.e.f. 5.4.2007).]
