Section 16(1) in Goa Salary, Allowances and Pension of Members of the Legislative Assembly Act, 2004
(1)A Member and the members of his family shall be entitled, free of charge, to accommodation in hospitals maintained by the Government and also to medical treatment in the manner prescribed under this Act.
