Section 2(j) in The Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order, 1993
(j)"parallel marketeer" means any person, firm, company, institution, association of persons, Co-operative society or organisation carrying on the business of importing, refining, producing, bottling, marketing, distributing and selling liquefied pertoleum gas under the paralled marketing system;
