30. Payment of Transmission charges and other charges.
(1)PoC injection charges or PoC withdrawal charges for delivery of electricity at the pooling station within India shall be governed as per provisions of Sharing Regulations.(2)Settlement Nodal Agency shall put in place a suitable payment security mechanism for charges to be collected by it.(3)Taxes, cess, statutory duties and levies shall be payable by the Cross Border Customers as per the applicable laws of India.
