Section 2(v) in Jharkhand University of Technology Act, 2011
(v)"Technical Education" means programmes of Education, Research and Training in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Management, Town Planning, Pharmacy, Applied Arts and Crafts, Applied Sciences and such other programmes or areas as the Central Government may in consultation with the All India Council for Technical Education by notification in the Gazette declare;
