Section 13(2)(i) in The Bihar Irrigation and Flood Protection (Betterment Contribution) Act, 1959

(i)If within twelve months from the date of service of the notice under Section 5, the owner pays the entire amount of the betterment contribution, a rebate at the rate of twenty per centum shall be allowed on such amount.
