Section 9(1) in The Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur Statutes, 1987
(1)Subject to the provisions of the Act and the Statutes hereinafter made the conditions of service of the officers of the Vishwavidyalaya other than the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor shall be those embodied in the contract of service prescribed by the Vishwavidyalaya for officers.
