Section 1 in The Jammu and Kashmir Debtors, Relief Act 1976
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Debtors Relief Act, 1976.(2)It shall extend to the w hole State of Jammu and Kashmir.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification in the Government Gazette appoint.
