Section 37(1) in The Orissa Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1951
(1)The trustee of every math or specific endowment attached to a math may, from time to time, submit to [the Commissioner] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 18 of 1954.] proposals for fixing the scale of expenditure in the institution, and the amounts which should be allotted to the various objects or ceremonies connected with the institution or the proportions in which the income or other property of the institution may be applied to such objects or ceremonies.
