Section 28(1) in The Bihar Agricultural Credit Operations and Miscellaneous Provisions (Banks) Act, 1977
(1)The State Government may by notification in the official Gazette make rules consistent with the provisions of this Act, to provide for all matters for which provision is necessary of expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the provision of the Act.
