Section 9(1) in Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Rules, 2012
(1)Before the initiation of Khanapuri work of a revenue village, a teriz i.e, abstract of last record of rights and a Kheshra Register shall be prepared village wise in triplicate in Form-5 and Form-6 respectively.
