Section 9(2) in The Life Insurance Corporation of India (Agents) Regulations, 2017
(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-regulation (1), an agent shall be exempt from bringing in the business required of him, if he fulfills such other conditions as may be laid down by the Corporation from time to time.
