(2)The State Government may by general or special order [* * *] [For an order under this sub-section, see the B.O.R.O. Vol I, Part VII.] exempt any registered society from any of the provisions of this Act, or may direct that such provisions shall apply to such society with such modifications as may be specified in the order.
