(2)Any dispute arising out of a contract between the University and any non-teaching staff or employee may be referred by the Vice-Chancellor to a Grievances Committee consisting of such persons not being members of the Board of Management as may be nominated by theBoard.CHAPTER – VII UNIVERSITY FUNDS, ETC.
