(3)The University shall declare the results of every examination conducted by it within a period of forty-five days from the last date of examination for that particular course:Provided that if, for any reasons whatsoever, the University is unable to finally declare the results of any examination within the aforesaid period of forty-five days, it shall submit a report incorporating the detailed reasons for such delay to the State Government:Provided further that the State Government may upon considering such report issue such directions to the University as it may deem necessary in the interest of the students.
