It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that now the Bank Guarantee has been furnished in the prescribed form.
In the circumstances, it is directed that the amount deposited with State Bank of Hyderabad at Aurangabad and Parbhani shall be transmitted to the appellant-Bank along with interest, if any, accrued thereon, as directed by order dated 7th May, 2014.
