Section 14 in Punjab Package Deal Properties (Disposal) Rules, 1976
14. Issue of Sale Certificates and Deeds or Conveyance:
When the purchase money has been realized, in full, from the purchaser, he shall be issued a sale certificate or a Conveyance Deed in the firm appended to these rules and a copy of the Sale Certificate or the Conveyance Deed shall be sent to the Registration Authorities of the area where the whole or any part of the urban property is situated.
