Section 57(1) in The Orissa Chit Funds Rules, 1985
(1)An appeal under Section 70 or Subsection (1) or (2) of Section 74 shall be either presented in person or sent by registered post to the State Government or to such officer or authority (hereinafter referred to as the appellate authority) empowered by the State Government in this behalf.
