78. Operation of accounts with Banks.
- Save as otherwise provided in this Act, no payment shall be made by any Bank referred to in section 77 out of the Corporation Fund except on a cheque signed by both -(a)the officer-in-charge of accounts; and(b)the Commissioner or an officer subordinate to him authorised by him in this behalf.
