Section 84 in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Act, 1961
84. Inspection of budget and accounts.-
Every Panchayat Samiti shall cause a copy of its budget sanctioned under section 82 and of account made up under section 83, to be kept at its office; and any member of a Gram Panchayat of the Panchayat Samiti area may, at all reasonable times, inspect any such budget qr account without payment of any fee.
