Section 15 in The Gujarat Educational Institutions (Regulation) Act, 1984
15. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Gujarat Educational Institutions (Regulation) Ordinance, 1984 (Gujarat Ordinance 1 of 1984), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
