Section 96(1)(a) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996

(a)The Head of Office while taking action to obtain claim or claims from the family in accordance with the provisions of Rule 95 shall simultaneously undertake the completion of Form 18. The work shall be completed within one month of the date on which intimation regarding the date of death of the Government servant has been received.
