to elect the Muthavalli and Patel as per the practice and custom as recognized to
the Wakf Board during the past after the preparation and finalisation of voters' list
by conducting door to door enquiry with regard to the eligibility of members of
jamatdars of “Nawab Chandamiyan Mosque” at Tiruvanamalai.

ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is in relation to the election for the purpose of electing Muthavalli and Patel in Nawab Chandamiyan Mosque at Tiruvanamalai.
2. On account of the efflux of time and in view of the fact that the subsequent elections were conducted, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
