Section 10(ii) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(ii)An employee who has held a permanent post on probation shall be confirmed in the post on successful completion of the period of probation or the extended period of probation.
