PRAYER :-
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying
this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to pay
the compensation to the petitioner as per the 1st respondent`s notification dated
06.10.2021 and the same is published in Dinakaran Daily Nellai Edition by way
of considering the petitioner`s representation dated 15.11.2021 and the
subsequent reminder representation dated 25.08.2022 with regard to the
property situated in Sillanatham Village, Ottapidaram Taluk in Re-Survey No.
259/5 measuring an extent of 2 Acres and 50 Cents, after issuing notice to the
respondents 4 to 6 and hearing the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 based
on the Preliminary Decree in O.S.No.23/2014 dated 21.03.2016 and Final
Decree in I.A.No.158/2016 in O.S.No.23/2014 dated 07.03.2017, on the file of
the Ist Additional District Judge, Tuticorin, within the time stipulated by this
Court.
