2. Definitions.
- In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-(1)"the Code" means the Code of Criminal Procedure, Samvat 1989;(2)"notified" and "notification" mean notified and notification respectively in the Government Gazette.Chapter-II Access to certain premises and areas
