38. Application of other Rules to Part III, IV, V or VII.
(1)Where any Rule contained in Part III, IV, V or VII is inconsistent with any Rule in any other Part the former shall prevail and the latter shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, be deemed to have been modified or repealed so far as the former is concerned.(2)Subject to the provisions of sub-rule (1) the Rules contained in Part II shall, so far as may be and with necessary modifications and adaptations, also apply to proceedings under the said Parts.
