Section 35(2) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System Act, 2000
(2)The Committee constituted under sub-section (1) may exercise such powers and functions as may be necessary to,(a)lay-down the policies for implementation of the provisions of this Act; and(b)Give such directions to any Farmers' Organisation, as may be considered necessary, in exercising their powers and performing their functions in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
