Section 12(2)(k) in Punjab Supply and Sale of Bhang Rules, 1956

(k)The licensee shall comply with any rules made under the Excise Act, 1914, or the Dangerous Drugs Act. II of 1930, for the regulation of the import, transport or sale of intoxicating drugs.
