Section 47(1) in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
(1)The usufructuary of the entire inheritance of the deceased or of a share thereof may advance the sums required, according to the assets he enjoys, to meet the burdens of the inheritance, but he retains the right to recover from the heirs, at the end of the usufruct the sums advanced.
