Section 1 in Rajasthan Water Resources Regulatory Act, 2012
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Water Resources Regulatory Act, 2012.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different sections of this Act.
