10. Maintaining schedule of establishment.
(1)The Board shall prepare and maintain a schedule of establishment showing the number, designated and grades of the officers and servants (other than the employees who are paid by the day or whose pay is charged to temporary work), whom it considers necessary and proper to employ for the purpose of this Act, and also the amount and the nature of the salary, fees and allowances to be paid to each such officer or servant.(2)The schedule referred to in sub-section (1) shall be revised every year before the first May of that year and shall contain the particulars mentioned in that sub-section of the officers and servants of the Board employed on the 31st March immediately preceding.
