156. Reference to Uttar Pradesh Sahkari Gramya Vikas Bank to be construed as a reference to Uttarakhand State co-operative Bank.
- A reference to the Uttar Pradesh Sahkari Gramya Vikas Bank in any law or statutory instrument shall, with effect from the commencement of the Uttarakhand State co-operative societies Act be construed as Uttarakhand State co-operative Bank.
