(10)The tenure of the office of Vice-chancellor shall be [five years] [Substituted 'four years' by C.G. Act No. 29 of 2013, dated 2.8.2013.] or till attaining the age of the [seventy years] [Substituted 'sixty seven years' by C.G. Act No. 29 of 2013, dated 2.8.2013.], whichever is earlier. The Vice-chancellor shall not be eligible for appointment for more than two terms.
