Section 19(4)(f) in Andhra Pradesh Registration of Horticulture Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 2012

(f)should complete the inspection of the Nursery within 90 days from the date of receipt of application from Nursery owner, with assistance of district level technical team.) Surveillance and Monitoring:
(i)conduct surprise visit shall be carried out at least once in a year or as required depending on the performance of the Nursery.
(ii)the designated team shall essentially conduct surveillance visit during validity of Licencee.
