(3)Training Institutes. - The Training Institutes may be paid teaching grant. Such Grant shall be assessed on the basis of 2/3 of the net approved expenditure on pay to the staff, rent, taxes, repair and contingencies and 1/2 of the expenditure on Dearness Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance and House Rent Allowance.
