Section 28(3)(i) in The U.P. Contract Labour (Regulation Abolition) Rules, 1975

(i)If the licensing Officer allows the application he shall require the applicant to furnish a treasury receipt for the amount, if any, by which the fees that would have been payable if the licence has been ordinarily issued in the amended form exceeds the fees originally paid for the licence.
