Section 47 in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rules, 2000
47. Administrative Report.
- At the end of each financial year, every marketing committee shall prepare an annual administrative report which shall contain accounts of receipt and expenditure balance sheet of assets and liabilities and other such informations as may be required by the Director and Vice-Chairman of the Board by general or special order issued from time to time and submit on or before 30th June, to such officer as may be specified by the Director/Board, in that behalf.
