Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
and operation of the judgment and decree dated 18.8.2020 in O.S.1220/2010
on the file of Additional Sub Court, I, Thrissur till the disposal of the
above appeal.
This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
order dated 9/11/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.MATHEWS
