23. Meeting of Council and Quorum thereat.
(1)The Council shall meet twice in a Calendar Year and at such intervals as may be determined by the Council.(2)One-third members of the Council shall form the quorum.(3)The members of the Council shall receive such travelling and daily allowance as may be prescribed by Statutes.(4)Secretary to Government, Agriculture Department shall be the Convenor.
