Section 17 in THE RAJASTHAN MADARSA BOARD ACT, 2020
17. Budget.- (1) The Board shall cause to be prepared, in such form and at such time
in each financial year as may be prescribed, its budget for the next financial year, showingthe estimated receipts and expenditure of the Board and after its approval forward the same tothe State Government.(2)No sum shall be expended by or on behalf of the Board unless the expenditure ofthe same is covered by the budget provisions approved by the State Government.
