(12)If the motion is not carried as aforesaid or if the meeting could not be held for want of a quorum, no notice of any subsequent motion expressing want of confidence in the Adhyaksha [or the [x x x] [Inserted by U.P. Act No. 20 of 1990 (w.e.f. 20.01.1990).] ], as the case may be, shall be received until after the expiration of [one year] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 44 of 2007(w.e.f. 20.08.2007).] from the date of such meeting.
