Section 63(63)(63) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2005

63.2.1Income-tax on the income of the Distribution Business of the Distribution Licensee shall be allowed for inclusion in the aggregate revenue requirement.
