17. Reference to Words and Expressions
Words and expressions used and not defined in these Rules shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, Evidence Act, 1872, IT Act, 2000, and the General Clauses Act, 1897.
