Section 1 in Arunachal Pradesh Forest (Removal of Timber) Regulation Act, 1983
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Forest (Removal of Timber) Regulation Act, 1983.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the Arunachal Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force at once.
