Respondents in nol appointing me on any appropriate post on compassionate grounds
and not releasing the retirement benefits of my late husband Sri V. Wilson including family pension gs arbitrary, legal, discriminatory, and unconsfitutional violating Ariicles id, 36 and 21 af the Constitution of India and issue consequential directions directing the Respondents to forthwith consider the appointment of the Patitioner in any sufable post on compassionate grounds, with further direction to release the nafirament benefits atising out of the death of Petitioner's husband Late Sr V.
