Section 38(4) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Rules, 1965
(4)The Registrar may, by general or special order, exempt any Society or class of Societies or category of service, in any society or class of Societies from the provisions of this rule or relax in respect of any paid officer or servant the provisions of this rule in regard to the form or the standard of security he should furnish.
