32. Powers to remand matters to the Forum.
(1)Where the Forum has disposed of the Grievance and the order of the Forum is reversed or set aside in the proceedings before the Ombudsman, the Ombudsman may, if it thinks fit and necessary, by order remand the Grievance to the Forum.(2)The Ombudsman may, further direct what issue or issues shall be decided in the grievance so remanded, and shall send a copy of its judgement and order to Forum from whose order the representation has been preferred to Ombudsman, with such directions as may be necessary to consider the Grievance and pass orders accordingly.
